Today, we find ourselves standing on the threshold of a historic milestone – the Diamond Jubilee of our cherished city, Dagupan. Seventy-five years ago, Dagupan was granted its status as a chartered city, a monumental achievement brought to life through a Republic Act authored by none other than former House Speaker, Eugenio Perez Sr.
