The City Government in tandem with Couples for Christ GAWAD KALINGA (GK) and Private Individuals/Organizations built homes for the poor families at Bangusville Relocation Site, to date there are twenty units of duplex constructed and has accommodated one hundred-forty (140) urban poor families.
As of 2018, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board in Region I has registered twenty-three (23) residential subdivisions.
