Mayor Belen Fernandez assists the Manlingkor Ya Kalangweran (MYK) Young City Officials led by Young City Mayor Princess Johnelle M. Baniqued of East Central Integrated School as they perform their duties as public servants after their oath-taking on June 13. In coordination with the City Nutrition Office, the MYK visited different public schools in Dagupan on June 14 to distribute healthy and nutritious snacks of warm noodles and apples to grade schoolers plus freebies.
