The Philippine Councilors League (PCL)-Dagupan City Chapter formally elected and installed its new set of officers for the term 2025–2028.
The newly elected officers are as follows:
- President: Michael Fernandez
- Vice President: Karlos Liberato E. Reyna IV
- Secretary: Jalice D. Cayabyab
- Treasurer: Marvin V. Fabia
- Auditor: Atty. Jose Netu M. Tamayo
- Business Manager: Jeslito C. Seen
- Press Relations Officer: Chrystel Hilary Paras
- Board of Director: Danielle Francine Canto
The oath-taking ceremony was officiated by Acting Mayor Bryan Kua, joined by CAR PCL Regional Council Chair and Baguio City Councilor Leandro Yangot, alongside representatives from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG): Provincial Director Virgilio Sison, Cluster Leader Mam Mel, and CLGOO Royolita Prangan-Rosario.
Also in attendance to ensure due process were Janeth E. De Castro of PCL Records & Claims and Mr. Erwin Lolo, PCL LA Registrar.
Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, who is currently on official travel, congratulated the new officers through her Facebook page, expressing hope that they will remain partners in the city’s progress while upholding integrity, unity, and dedicated public service.
