Dagupan City joins the whole nation in the celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September through the 2025 𝐅𝐔𝐍 𝐑𝐔𝐍 𝐟𝐨𝐫-𝐚-𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) simultaneously held at :
CSI Mall Grounds, Lucao District, Dagupan City
Poro Point Baywalk and Freeport Zone, San Fernando City, La Union
Aurora Park, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur
This year’s milestone is celebrated with the theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan” in recognition and honor to the more than two million dedicated government workers nationwide.
