GAWAD BILANG ‘KATANGI-TANGING PINUNO’ was awarded to Mayor Belen Fernandez by the Department of Justice Parole and Probation Administration Region I as Outstanding City Mayor.
This is in recognition of the local chief executive’s “exceptional services, outstanding performance and invaluable contribution in making the parole and probation (PPA) clients functionally literate and productive citizen with social conscience.”
