The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has awarded Dagupan City the Maturity Level 2 Award for Recruitment, Selection, Placement (RSP) and Performance Management, recognizing Mayor Belen T. Fernandez’s leadership in promoting transparency and efficiency in public service.
The award was presented by CSC Pangasinan Provincial Director Atty. Rex Ami on Monday morning, September 1, at the City Hall Conference Room.
Mayor Belen personally accepted the award together with HRMO Chief Atty. Froiland Fermill, City Legal Officer Atty. Aurora Valle, Chief of Staff Luz De Guzman, and the city’s department heads.
“This recognition affirms our dedication to uphold excellence, transparency, and professionalism in public service. It also inspires us to continuously improve our systems so we can serve every Dagupeño better,” the local chief executive said.
