The City Government of Dagupan held a testimonial and send-off ceremony on August 4 for former PNP Chief PLTCOL. Brendon Palisoc, recognizing his two years and two months of exemplary service in maintaining peace and order.
Led by Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, officials expressed gratitude for Palisoc’s leadership and strong partnership with the LGU. The event also marked the official welcome of PLTCOL. Lawrence Calub as the new Dagupan PNP Chief, with full support pledged for his leadership in the fight against illegal drugs, crime, and in safeguarding children’s welfare.
“To PLTCOL. Brendon, you were more than just our Chief of Police; you were our kaagapay, our partner in ensuring peace, order, and safety in the community. As you move forward in your career, know that you leave behind a legacy of integrity, excellence, and service above self,” the local chief executive said in her speech.
“From the bottom of our hearts thank you”, Mayor Belen added.
Among those present were Vice Mayor Bryan Kua, Councilors Michael Fernandez, Atty. Joey Tamayo, Engr. Karlos Reyna, Dr. Jaja Cayabyab, Danee Canto, Tala Paras, Marvin Fabia, Marcelino Fernandez, Bradley Benavides, City Legal Officer Atty. Aurora Valle, Dr. Ashok G. Vasandani, department heads, barangay officials, and civic organizations.
