A total of 1,100 free health services were provided to residents during the Purok Kalusugan Project and blood letting activity held at St. Therese Parish on March 5.
According to the City Health Office, the services included 362 medical check ups, 362 pharmacy services, 194 laboratory services, 68 blood donations, 57 dental services, 29 prenatal consultations, and 28 immunizations.
The program aims to bring essential health services closer to communities, particularly to families who need access to medical consultations, medicines, and preventive care.
Mayor Belen T. Fernandez said the initiative reflects the city government’s continued effort to make healthcare more accessible to every Dagupeño. The activity was led by the City Health Office under Dr. Julita De Venecia, with the support of health workers, volunteers, and blood donors.
