Like her first cousin, “Karlos,” the call of public service undoubtedly runs in her veins as “Dada,” a third termer, is a granddaughter of two former city mayors of Dagupan, Liberato Ll. “Libring” Reyna and Cipriano M. “Opring” Manaois, and a daughter of former three-term city councilor Cesar C. Reyna. She established a precedent of sorts by getting elected as a city councilor in 2004, and re-elected in 2007 and 2010 – the youngest in local political history.

Councilor “Dada” acquired her bachelor of arts in legal management from the University of Sto. Tomas.

At the SP, she is the deputy presiding officer and concurrently chairman of the committees on women, children and family and on local and international relations.

She is the current president of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) Pangasinan Chapter and a past president of both the Junior Chamber International Dagupan, Inc., and Rotary Club of Uptown Dagupan.
